Support
Help with the iPhone app and your private horse records.
Contact
Email hello@rosrijk.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Rosrijk build number and the steps that led to the problem. You can find the build number in Rosrijk under Settings.
Do not send medical records, private notes or full GPS routes unless they are necessary to explain your question.
Where is my data?
Your horse profiles, care records, costs, photos and rides are stored on your iPhone and, when iCloud is available, synchronised through your private CloudKit container. Rosrijk has no account system and cannot open or read that private container.
My data is not syncing
Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Keep Rosrijk open briefly on a reliable internet connection. Large photos can take longer to appear. Do not delete the app while data is still missing.
I am not receiving reminders
Open iOS Settings, Notifications, Rosrijk and allow notifications. Then open Rosrijk, check the care cycle and rebuild reminders from Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone.
A ride or gait estimate is wrong
Rosrijk needs location access while a ride is being recorded. Keep your iPhone secure on your body and avoid Low Power Mode during a ride. Walk, trot and canter are estimates based on movement and GPS. You can correct the gait distribution in the ride summary.
Subscriptions and restored purchases
Apple manages all payments. Use Restore Purchases in Rosrijk after changing iPhone or reinstalling. Manage or cancel a subscription through iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Founding testers who opened an eligible TestFlight build retain free access for one active horse.
Exporting or deleting data
You can export a horse's record as a PDF from the horse menu. Deleting the app removes its local data. If iCloud syncing is active, manage the remaining Rosrijk data through iOS Settings, your name, iCloud and account storage.
Veterinary questions
Rosrijk is a record keeping tool, not a veterinary service. Contact a qualified vet for urgent symptoms, treatment decisions, vaccination timing and worming advice.
